QUALITY INSPECTION

       Detection of host and baculovirus DNA residues in SF-α cells were independently developed by SCVC. This method is in sync with the current Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition) detection method (probe hybridization method). This method is safe, reproducible and highly sensitive, and is the first choice for the detection of host DNA residues and baculovirus DNA residues in SF-αcells.
